If you are unhappy with any purchase you make or the service you receive from Omega Yamaha Centre, it is often best to raise your concerns immediately with the person with whom you have been dealing.
If you want your complaint to be formally investigated:
- If you are in the store, please speak with a floor manager or team leader;

- Call us on 020 3890 1050 and select Option 1 from the options given and ask to speak to our Dealer Principal Heitor Tancredi
