Complaint policy

Who to contact

If you are unhappy with any purchase you make or the service you receive from Omega Yamaha Centre, it is often best to raise your concerns immediately with the person with whom you have been dealing.

If you want your complaint to be formally investigated:

  1. If you are in the store, please speak with a floor manager or team leader;
  2. Email us on: heitor.tancredi@omegayamaha.com or use the email address on the business card you have been given
  3. Call us on 020 3890 1050  and select Option 1 from the options given and ask to speak to our Dealer Principal Heitor Tancredi
  4. You can also contact us using the form below

 If we cannot resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you may refer your dispute to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This service is free to use. Their consumer helpline is available on 0800 023 4567 or 0300 123 9123 or you can visit their website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
